Forcing children to learn how to read and understand what they read.

If I was president I would make only one law, that had a few sub laws with in it.

1. Every house must have a 4' X 8' framed copy of the constitution in the living room of their house. This copy must be readable. It can be a reproduction of the actual document or a printed text on present day paper.

1A. Every person may be subjected to reciting any part of the constitution upon request. If they can not recite at least fifty percent of the portion that was requested, for recital, they will be subject to a $10 dollar fine. A person can not be subjected to recital more than once a week. This recital does not include people under ten (10) years of age.

1B. This law pertains to both citizens and non citizens residing in this country, regardless of sex, gender, age, affiliation.

2. A 4' X 8' copy of the constitution will be placed inside the main entrance of all schools, both private and public.

2A. Every school must set aside 1 day each semester, and all classrooms will hold a reading of the constitution in it's entirety, and hold discusions focusing on curent events in this country showing where the constitution is being stepped on, by individuals and/or oginizations, to include private and government.

3. All court buildings must have a 4' X 8' copy of the constitution inside their main entrance and/or lobby.

3A. Every judge must display a 4' X 8' copy of the constitution in their court room.
