Why this was made a law in the first place.
Ex-Offenders Voting Rights Act of 2007.
The bill would automatically restore to ex-offenders who have served their sentences the right to vote in federal elections. Presently, 47 states bar incarcerated convicts from voting and 36 states deny paroled felons the right to vote.
It’s estimated that more than four million people have temporarily or permanently lost their right to vote due to a criminal offense. Supporters of the bill maintain that felon disfranchisement laws have a disparate impact on blacks and other minorities. Sen. Obama is one of the sponsors.
Several other bills will have a dramatic impact on employment discrimination litigation should they be enacted: the Civil Rights of 2008 would eliminate existing damage caps on lawsuits brought under Title VII and the Americans with Disabilities Act; the Fair Pay Restoration Act would significantly expand the effective statute of limitations in Title VII discrimination claims; and the ADA Restoration Act would substantially alter the definition of disability under the American With Disabilities Act, as well as eliminate consideration of mitigating measures used by an individual to manage his impairment (anxious Republicans have already agreed upon compromises to the ADA Restoration Act in order to pass something less onerous to employers). The bills should be a boon for employment lawyers.
Even considering the trade-offs and compromises that even a party in complete control of the executive and legislative branches must make, there’s a very good probability that most, if not all, of the foregoing bills will be signed into law if Sen. Obama wins. And it wouldn’t be surprising if even more bills join the list. The interest groups supporting the proposed legislation have been laboring in the wilderness for some time waiting for the harmonic convergence of large majorities in Congress and a Democrat in the White House. They won’t let the moment pass quietly.
When one has been on the planet for a while and realizes just how much the government from local to fed not only really lies, but does it alot, and have been doing it for an awfully, and absurdly, long time.
Estimates say hundreds of years, observation puts it more on the scale of single digit thousands of years. Then if you're really awake, your senses and feelings tell you it's been going on longer than even that, even though you can't nail down a cut off point. Certain tricks are re-used, and I seem to remember reading how this same law was used in ancient times as well.
I wish I could remember the details, but it was twenty plus years ago that I read about it. I'm sure I could probably go dig for it later on the net.
Now for the crux of the matter.
If the government, to include law enforcement lie constantly, then how many of those so called offenders that lost their right to vote, actually did the crime?
Was it it at least fifty percent? I think fifty percent is a safe number to go on, because I myself believe it was alot more. Now if you take a constant fifty percent over the history of this country, how many people does that tally up to? How much does it tally up to today for these so called offenders living in present time?
Present polls that come out seem to keep coming back with fluxuating numbers as some are released and new ones come in or old ones come back in, but one thing is obvious. Over a period of five or ten years there is seen the fluxating numbers going up more and more. mainstream media attributes it to population growth, and that is a valid factor, but it is not the cause. Proving once again of media complicity, twisting perception.
IF those so called offenders were allowed to vote which was their right regardless if they were actually GUILTY OR NOT, then these crooks would never have been able to keep their long term time tables. OBVIOUS PATTERNS, OBVIOUS TIMETABLES. O-B-V-I-O-U-S. They would have spread the word counter to media about their experiences with these so called laws made by these so called law makers.
These offenders would have worked counter to the sayan monkey machine, in the voting arena.
This is one layer of how they control everything on this planet.
Now they have passed alot of laws sneaking through even alot more laws buried in the paperwork of those laws. Illegal laws that are more of a net to snag more people and call them offenders. Under the guise of domestic terrorists.
In case you arer still not getting what I am saying......They are illegally shielding themselves from letting the system in it's correct function phase them out. If you're thinking that's their only layer......WRONG you are not the next contestant.
They have so many layers even I can't see them all. BUT I see a god awful amount already that it doesnt matter, because as I peel away those layers others make themselves known. The fact that I can see as many as I see already paints a pretty big picture already.
But thankfully there is a piece of paper that supercedes ALL THE LAWS ever passed LEGAL OR ILLEGAL it is called the CONSTITUTION. This piece of paper has a little snippet that actually foresaw and made provisions for times like we are living in now.
It basicly gives every person the right to not only fight foreign invaders but domestic (internal) invaders as well.
So mr. roger's question of the day is "can you spot the domestic invader?"
If no one fights stupid laws like that then pretty soon more and more people become victims of that stupid law.
