Back during the depression, banks and governments seized all kinds of safe deposit boxes. Did not matter if the person was alive or deceased. By the early 1980s it re-emerged, publicly that it had been done, and alot of the banks and government was forced to put on the charade of making an effort to return the belongings to those who were still alive or to their next of kin.

I say charade because during that time it was also reported that only about 20% of the total amount stolen by the banks and government from safe deposit boxes were actually returned.

The rest of it had simply vanished in that 50 year span.

Now fast forward to back when patriot acts 1 & 2 were rammed through congress. there were new stories coming out that some of the new laws hidden in those packages invloved new assaults on safe deposit boxes. Giving the government authority to seize any and all boxes for no reason.

Basicly the law was worded in such a way to sound legal, but when you cut through all the legal language lies regarding it, the bottom line simply stated they could do it with no reason.

Back when it came to light about this new law hidden and passed in idiot acts 1 & 2 I made sure everyone in my immediate family knew about it, and took all their stuff out of their banks safe deposit boxes. That was close to 8 years ago and no one from my family has used a safe deposit box ever since.

There have been all kinds of stories since the first depression of the 30s about how when someone dies the banks steal the items in the safe deposit boxes, and when the surviving family members show up to claim the items they are gone. Likewise how bank and government never even bother informing people that their family member had a safe deposit box to begin with.

A year doesn't go by where I don't see 5-6-7 of these stories show up somewhere....each and every year.

Now with the economy collapsing and the government ever increasing in their ramping up of their nazi practices, it is very logical and inevitable that another mass looting of safe deposit boxes across the country is due.

My advice to anyone reading this is.......

IF you have a safe deposit box you should really go down to your bank and empty it ASAP. Likewise you should warn friends and family to do the same thing.

If you don't any long time family heirloom or sentimental family treasures kept there, can be kissed good bye.

The government and the banks have already proven over the decades that they have looted, still loot, and will continue to loot safe deposit boxes, whenever they want to, and nothing gets done about it.

Only option for anyone is to just simply not use safe deposit boxes.
