Punished by TPTB cause they got caught in their lies.
Ok. Let's disect this load of crap, paragraph by paragraph.
Once again I am only linking this and not cutting and pasting this to avoid the copyright nazis from coming back at me later and telling me I have to pay them money for their quote/unquote intellectual property. Which we all know by now is not intellectual. On top of which I do not believe anything they have to say after the fact, regarding their being sorry it happened. Yes I fully admit it's not very loving of me either to think / feel this way, about not giving them the benefit of the doubt. Then again TPTB taught me to not give TPTB or their pawns and tools the benefit of doubt. Because they themselves have left no benefit of doubt.

I will abbreviate the word paragraph and numbers as P1, P2, etc.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
P1: He is crying because he got caught. He is apologizing to the evil court for getting caught. IF he was truly a praying man, he would have quit that job in a heartbeat after witnessing previous unconstitutional misconduct by said police unit he was working in.
P2: No he didn't.
P3: Good!, but TPTB will let them back out, with only one quarter of their sentence served, when the public stops paying attention.
P4: Investigators determined public focus was to intense to let the dirty cops get away with it and so had to scapegoat the dirty cops, AND prompted the department to PRETEND to overhaul the unit to shift public focus away from them as a whole. As soon as the public look away it will be back to business as usual.
P5: Also apologizing to the satanic machine for getting caught doing bad things.
P6: He is not praying for her, he is lying. Praying that other bad cops wont get caught in future misconducts.
P7: HHmmmm planted false evidence AFTER killing the woman. Does that sound like something a real praying person would do? Killed an old woman but felt no remorse until going even further and planting evidence to make them look justified? Yeah right.
P8: Only one count? WOW! if that had been a civilian being charged the cour system would have gone out of their way to heap as many counts as they possibly could on the person. When you read other news stories, that are not police being charged, the person being charged has anywhere from 5-20 counts, then the court drops half of them and sends them up the river with a lifetime sentence, IF the person does not try to fight it in court.
P9: To bad the one shot missed, IF she did indeed fire a shot, SINCE everything else they said about her turned out to be a lie.
P10: No duh mr. prosecuter. Only problem is you are part of that lying machine, to lazy to treat all police cases that way UNLESS you really really really have to. Which in this case you really really really had to. Had the evidence not been so blatanly obvious, you and yours would have let the dirty cops off scott free and dragged her name through not only the mud, but would have gone the extra mile to drag it through the sewer as well.
P11: Translation: Cops regularly leech tax dollars, not doing their job, while simutaneously making more money doing a second private job, while on duty. We at the prosecutors office know it is happening and can care less, unless the evil machine gets exposed. In which case w then do care because the dirty cops expose the rest of us dirty pawns / tools, at which time we have to scapegoat the dirty cops.
P12: They wouldn't let the family come to the sentencing for fear that they would be outraged at the tiny number of counts leveled against the officers, thus prompting even more outrage and further exposing just how dirty it all really is. On top of which they only want to appear to level more counts at a local level, but really do not want to, and hope you stop paying attention before they hit that crossroad, so they don't have to.
P13: Nope, sorry. The real culprits go even higher than that, but they are just saying that, to once again shift focus away from the next layer of the onion.
P14: They botched the raid so very badly that it exposed the corruption peripherily to other areas of the department, resulting in more scapegoats.
