Typical of judges.
In the past when I have gotten a ticket and sat waiting for my turn to be shaken down in the courtroom, I would hear intelligent questions from people who knew the constitution versus the law they were be shaken down with. Obviously 98% of all american laws a contrary to the constitution.
BUT...the judges would always do what this judge did. The conversations even sounded the same - metre and verse. This transcript is actually a very fine example of what they are all REALLY taught in law school when they are law students. Which is to say they are trained to misdiract and evade truth. This guy got a nice little wake up call, and if he continues to look he will see that it is actually the norm, happening on a daily basis, in more courtrooms than anyone is willing to count, including myself. Which i ok, since you only really have to sit in four or five, before you start to see the pattern.
Gotta remember the one basic rule....lips moving=lips lieing.
