Food for thought.

There are a few stories floating about the net, about how some states are SUPPOSEDLY starting to pass resolutions and laws against the fed, in light of the 10th amendment. Complete with charts such as this

http://nalert.blogspot.com/2009/02/states-begin-asserting-10th-admendment.html

HOWEVER, there are ALSO stories like this floating around about how certain lawmakers and politicians are pushing for this.

So here is the question.

Are the same ones, in the states that are supposedly fighting for the 10th amendment, working towards implementing the carbon tax for this country? Because if they are, that means that they could give a rat's ass about the 10th amendment if they are still on the global warming bullshit wagon.

So even though it sounds all constitutional, I think I am going to have to defer to "If their lips are moving, they are lieing".
