Since I was a child I remember variations on the old debtor's prison sayings. Such as, "so and so owes a butt load to the credit card company"........"so and so should be glad they outlawed debtors prison". The reason it was outlawed because it didn't work. It was outlawed because it promoted abuse.
So now comes this story about the UK government, and how they are bringing back debtors prisons. Fitting since they probably perfected the system back in the day. Phase one....just like back then, were to send in the goons, after being deputized of course. Phase two being chuck you behind bars.

Here is one good example where abuse will happen 100% guarenteed.
Person owes money....person RENTS a room from a family with NO DEBT, house and car are paid off.......ballifs kick down door to get money from the RENTER.....family calls cops.....cops do squat....family sues...cops and balifs lie....family loses in court.
People that do not owe money just had what they had and worked for....destroyed.
So where are the collection goons who kick down doors of goons who owe money to the wrong doors they kicked down?
INJUSTICE....plain and simple, and it's already here in america, also plain and simple.
