Revisionist history in action.
This is why I will NEVER follow anything manstream or religious.
This is also my only real arguement I use when discussing my viewpoint against all types of religion.
"You expect me to believe in a book that says it came right from the mouth of god, when today with the level of education AND technology we have, that they didnt have 5000 years ago, according to those same religious authorities, and today they warp the truth on a constant basis. Then with all the blaring examples today, you expect me to belive they were not doing it JUST AS MUCH then, as they are today? ANDyou want me to believe it is the word of the god who created everything?"
"You want me to believe that they are not practicing revisionist history both now and then?"
"Are you an idiot?"
Everyone and their mother practices revisionist history on a constant basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, especially on sundays in america, 4 weeks a month, 12 months a year. day in and day out, year after year.
Truth is not even a factor for most people, and the only time they would use it is it happened o fit in with their revision.
